The bible verses, offered by gospel of The Lord about ‘The Lamb of GOD, who takes away the sins of world have mercy on us.
John 1:29 | Jesus the Lamb of God | The Mission of John the Baptist
26, “I baptize with water,” John replied, “but among you stands One you do not know.
27, He is the One who comes after me, the straps of whose sandals” I am not worthy to untie.
28, All this happened at Bethany beyond the Jordan, where John was baptizing.
29, The next day John saw Jesus coming toward him and said, “Look, the Lamb of God, who takes away the sin of the world.
30, This is He of whom I said, ‘A man who comes after me has surpassed me because He was before me.’
31, I myself did not know Him, but the reason I came baptizing with water was that He might be revealed to Israel.”
John 1:36 | The First Disciples | The Mission of John the Baptist
35, The next day John was standing there again with two of his disciples.
36, When he saw Jesus passing by, he said, “Look, the Lamb of God!”
37, And when the two disciples heard him say this, they followed Jesus.
38, Jesus turned around and saw them following. “What are you looking for?” He asked. They said to Him, “Rabbi” (which means Teacher), “where are You staying?”
39, “Come and see,” He replied. So they went and saw where He was staying, and spent that day with Him. It was about the tenth hour.
Revelation 15:3 | The Song of Moses and the Lamb
1, Then I saw another great and marvelous sign in heaven: seven angels with the seven final plagues, with which the wrath of God will be completed.
2, And I saw something like a sea of glass mixed with fire, beside which stood those who had conquered the beast and its image and the number of its name. They were holding harps from God,
3, and they sang the song of God’s servant Moses and of the Lamb: “Great and wonderful are Your works, Lord God Almighty! Just and true are Your ways, O King of the nations!
4, Who will not fear You, O Lord, and glorify Your name? For You alone are holy. All nations will come and worship before You, for Your righteous acts have been revealed.”
5, After this I looked, and the temple—the tabernacle of testimony—was opened in heaven.…
Revelation 21:22 | The New Jerusalem
18, The wall was made of jasper, and the city itself of pure gold, as pure as glass.
19, The foundations of the city walls were adorned with every kind of precious stone: The first foundation was jasper, the second sapphire, the third chalcedony, the fourth emerald,
20, the fifth sardonyx, the sixth carnelian, the seventh chrysolite, the eighth beryl, the ninth topaz, the tenth chrysoprase, the eleventh jacinth, and the twelfth amethyst.
21, And the twelve gates were twelve pearls, with each gate consisting of a single pearl. The main street of the city was pure gold, as pure as transparent glass.
22, But I saw no temple in the city, because the Lord God Almighty and the Lamb are its temple.
23, And the city has no need for sun or moon to shine on it, because the glory of God illuminates the city, and the Lamb is its lamp.
24, By its light the nations will walk, and into it the kings of the earth will bring their glory.
25, Its gates will never be shut at the end of the day, because there will be no night there.
Revelation 7:10 | Praise from the Great Multitude
9, After this I looked and saw a multitude too large to count, from every nation and tribe and people and tongue, standing before the throne and before the Lamb. They were clothed in white robes, with palm branches in their hands.
10, And they cried out in a loud voice: “- Salvation to our God, who sits on the throne, and to the Lamb!”
11, And all the angels stood around the throne and around the elders and the four living creatures. And they fell facedown before the throne and worshiped God,
12, saying, “Amen! Blessing and glory and wisdom and thanks and honor and power and strength to our God forever and ever! Amen.”
13, Then one of the elders addressed me: “These in white robes,” he asked, “who are they, and where have they come from?”
Genesis 22:8 | The Offering of Isaac
7, Isaac spoke to Abraham his father and said, “My father!” And he said, “Here I am, my son.” And he said, “Behold, the fire and the wood, but where is the lamb for the burnt offering?”
8, Abraham said, “God will provide for Himself the lamb for the burnt offering, my son.” So the two of them walked on together.
9, Then they came to the place of which God had told him; and Abraham built the altar there and arranged the wood, and bound his son Isaac and laid him on the altar, on top of the wood.
10, Abraham stretched out his hand and took the knife to slay his son.
11, But the angel of the LORD called to him from heaven and said, “Abraham, Abraham!” And he said, “Here I am.”
12, He said, “Do not stretch out your hand against the lad, and do nothing to him; for now I know that you fear God, since you have not withheld your son, your only son, from Me.”
13, Then Abraham raised his eyes and looked, and behold, behind him a ram caught in the thicket by his horns; and Abraham went and took the ram and offered him up for a burnt offering in the place of his son.
Revelation 22:1 | The River of Life
1, Then the angel showed me a river of the water of life, as clear as crystal, flowing from the throne of God and of the Lamb,
2, down the middle of the main street of the city. On either side of the river stood a tree of life, producing twelve kinds of fruit and yielding a fresh crop for each month. And the leaves of the tree are for the healing of the nations.
3, No longer will there be any curse. The throne of God and of the Lamb will be within the city, and His servants will worship Him.
4, They will see His face, and His name will be on their foreheads.
5, There will be no more night in the city, and they will have no need for the light of a lamp or of the sun. For the Lord God will shine on them, and they will reign forever and ever.
Revelation 14:4 | The Lamb and the 144,000
3, And they sang a new song before the throne and before the four living creatures and the elders. And no one could learn the song except the one hundred forty-four thousand who had been redeemed from the earth.
4, These are the ones who have not been defiled with women, for they are virgins. They follow the Lamb wherever He goes. They have been redeemed from among men as firstfruits to God and to the Lamb.
5, And no lie was found in their mouths; they are blameless.
6, Then I saw another angel flying overhead, with the eternal gospel to proclaim to those who dwell on the earth — to every nation and tribe and tongue and people.
7, He said in a loud voice, “Fear God and give Him glory, because the hour of His judgment has come. Worship the One who made the heavens and the earth and the sea and the springs of waters.”
Revelation 19:9 | The Marriage of the Lamb
8, She was given clothing of fine linen, linen bright and pure.” For the fine linen she wears is the righteous acts of the saints.
9, Then the angel told me to write, “Blessed are those who are invited to the marriage supper of the Lamb.’” And he said to me, “These are the true words of God.”
10, So I fell at his feet to worship him. But he told me, “Do not do that! I am a fellow servant with you and your brothers who rely on the testimony of Jesus. Worship God! For the testimony of Jesus is the spirit of prophecy.”
Revelation 7:17 | Praise from the Great Multitude
15,For this reason, ‘They are before the throne of God and serve Him day and night in His temple; and the One seated on the throne will spread His tabernacle over them.
16, Never again will they hunger, and never will they thirst; nor will the sun beat upon them, nor any scorching heat.
17, For the Lamb in the center of the throne will be their shepherd. He will lead them to fountains of living water, and God will wipe away every tear from their eyes.’”
Revelation 14:10 | The Three Angels and Babylon’s Fall
8, Then a second angel followed, saying, “Fallen, fallen is Babylon the great, who has made all the Gentiles to drink the wine of the passion of her immorality.”
9, And a third angel followed them, calling in loud a voice, “If anyone worships the beast and its image, and receives its mark on his forehead or hand,
10, he too will drink the wine of God’s anger, poured undiluted into the cup of His wrath. And he will be tormented in fire and brimstone in the presence of the holy angels and of the Lamb.
11, And the smoke of their torment will rise forever and ever. Day and night there will be no rest for those who worship the beast and its image, or for anyone who receives the mark of its name.”
12, Here is a call for the endurance of the saints who keep the commandments of God and the faith of Jesus.
13, And I heard a voice from heaven telling me to write, “Blessed are the dead—those who die in the Lord from this moment on.” “Yes,” says the Spirit, “they will rest from their labors, for their deeds will follow them.”
Revelation 5:6 | The Lamb is Worthy | The Scroll with Seven Seals
3, But no one in heaven or on earth or under the earth was able to open the scroll or look inside it.
4, And I began to weep bitterly, because no one was found worthy to open the scroll or look inside it.
5, Then one of the elders said to me, “Do not weep! Behold, the Lion of the tribe of Judah, the root of David, has triumphed to open the scroll and its seven seals.”
6, Then I saw a Lamb who appeared to have been slain, standing in the center of the throne, encircled by the four living creatures and the elders. The lamb had seven horns and seven eyes, which represent the sevenfold Spirit of God sent out into all the earth.
7, And He came and took the scroll from the right hand of the One seated on the throne.
8, When He had taken the scroll, the four living creatures and the twenty-four elders fell down before the Lamb. Each one had a harp, and they held the golden bowls full of incense, which are the prayers of the saints.
9, And they sang a new song: “Worthy are You to take the scroll and open its seals, because You were slain, and by Your blood You purchased for God those from every tribe and tongue and people and nation.
1 Peter 1:19 | A Call to Holiness
16, for it is written: “Be holy, because I am holy.”
17, Since you call on a Father who judges each man’s work impartially, live your lives in reverent fear during your temporary stay on earth.
18, For you know that it was not with perishable things such as silver or gold that you were redeemed from the empty way of life you inherited from your forefathers,
19, but with the precious blood of Christ, a lamb without blemish or spot.
20, He was known before the foundation of the world, but was revealed in the last times for your sake.
21, Through Him you believe in God, who raised Him from the dead and glorified Him; and so your faith and hope are in God.
