12, Therefore rejoice, O heavens, and you who dwell in them! But woe to the earth and the sea; with great fury the devil has come down to you, knowing he has only a short time.”

14, to governors as those sent by him to punish evildoers and praise well-doers.
15, For it is God’s will that by doing good you should silence the ignorance of foolish men.
16, Live in freedom, but do not use your freedom as a cover-up for evil; live as servants of God.
