Squeezing out 40 turnovers and quickly converting them into 34 points, DLSU ran roughshod on the Growling Tigers to the tune of 38 points, 100-62, for their third consecutive victory in the UAAP 79 Men’s Basketball Tournament.

DLSU would only push their foot, even harder on the throats of their opponents with another 18-10 run for an 85-51 advantage inside the last seven minutes. It was at that point that Ayo sent in his third unit – and even then, they were able to outscore their opponents by three points the rest of the way.
The Archers owned the glass with 59 rebounds, 29 coming at the offensive end for a massive margin of 26-0 in second chance points. For comparison, the Tigers only had 41 rebounds as a team.
