Phoenix got possession but Baguio could only convert one of his two free throw attempts and Kevin Alas quickly tied the game with a quick drive to the hoop, 84-all, to send the game to overtime.
The game was close in the extra period with Phelps leading the way as Phoenix jumped ahead by four. Walker, though, made it a two-point game as he grabbed an offensive rebound and put it back in, 93-91, with 10 seconds left in the game.
The Road Warriors, though, were called for a technical foul on a delay of game violation and Mark Borboran and Phelps hit free throws to make it a two-possession game with seven seconds left.
Phelps scored eight of Phoenix’s 11 points in overtime.
